How does the Green Coffee Bean work?

How does the Green Coffee Bean work?

A normal cup of coffee is to most people the best way of waking up and gaining focus in the morning.  They are oblivious of the fact that an extract from the green coffee bean can help lose weight as well as maintain a healthy level of glucose in the blood. The green coffee beans extract is obtained from raw beans that have not yet been roasted and they contain more antioxidants than blue berries and dark acai berries. The roasting process done to obtain the normal coffee destroys most of the antioxidants.

The essence of the green coffee bean is the potency of these antioxidants, which carry the actual benefit especially for losing weight. The powerful antioxidant called Chlorogenic acid found in this extract improves the body metabolism therefore minimizing spikes in the blood sugar. Participants in a recent study were given a high dose of the acid for six weeks, another lower dose for six weeks as well as a placebo for another six weeks. According to the observation, all participants obtained a reduction in their body weight and fat while they were taking the green coffee bean extract. Over this period the level of calories consumed and the exercises were not changed.
